RSS is generally accepted to stand for "Really Simple Syndication". It is used as a way of syndicating or publishing information from your web site to anyone who subscribes to your news feed.
In otherwords you "tell" a web site that you want to be updated of any new items or information automatically. This is typically used by sites such as the BBC or newpaper sites.
With respect to the NH4 web site, this enables you to request to be automatically updated everytime the run changes with the new run time, venue and map reference.
How do I subscribe to the NH4 run list RSS?
This web site is RSS enabled with either just the next run, or the runlist of all future runs. To subscribe you need to either download an RSS aggregator or update you browser to the latest with an RSS plugin.
